I’m sure many of you have had the same experience as me, when you wake up one morning, looked at the mirror and said “Ahh Where did my waist go?!”  Every since that morning, I’ve had to come up with  new and creative ways to define a waistline so I didn’t have to feel like a big balloon. One easy way to achieve this is by adding a belt to your ensemble. Don’t fight with your belly by trying to strap it in with a belt on the normal position, just accept that until you give birth your new cool waistline is going to be just under your boobs, accentuating all your new sexy curves. Not bad eh!

You’ll find that as your belly grows having a belt in your wardrobe is essential. Not only for balancing proportions but also as a great accessory. It can break  up solids or repeated patterns with a different color, and allow you to use interesting textures (braids/leather/weaves) to make your look that much more unique. Plus, when worn correctly on your new waist belts give your body back the shape and definition you want while remaining comfortable and stylish.
