Meet Cécile Pelous. Fashion designer to the finest fashion houses in Paris—Dior, Cardin, and Ricci. She’s worked with fashion icons such as Jackie Kennedy, Elizabeth Taylor and Gwen Stefani. But what makes her special is that she is a mother—a mother to 154 orphaned children.

For more than 20 years, this incredible woman has use her glamorous career for the service and care of others.
