We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but as busy moms it’s still tough to squeeze it in. Did you know that berries are full of nutrients and antioxidants? I am a true lover of blueberries, after all it is consider “super food” by doctors and nutritionist. I know what you’re thinking though, “I just don’t have time!” That’s why our BerrySweet parfait is so great for busy moms. It can be made the night before so when you wake up in the morning it’s all ready for you to eat. Or, you can eat it is as a snack in between meals like I do 🙂
